We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or washed. Please note the 30-day money-back guarantee does not include custom orders. Custom orders may only be returned or exchanged due to manufacturer defect within 30 days of shipment. RETURN PROCESS: To return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 30 days of shipment. Please use one of the methods on our Contact Us page to contact us. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipper as well as so that an investigation can be launched.
After contacting us, please send the returns or exchanges (freight paid - we will not accept COD packages) to the following address: Please include a copy of the invoice with the items being exchanged or returned. Also, Select Fine Linens is not liable for any damage that may occur to the items being returned during shipping. We strongly recommend that you send your exchange or return insured and in the original packaging. Most returns or exchanges are processed within a week of our receipt of any returned items.
